Our wines of Alsace are made with exceptional care:

• They are made with grapes from our own vines, grown in a way our ancestors would immediately recognise, with no chemical products and with most of the work carried out manually to protect and preserve the original flora.
• The grapes are picked at just the right degree of maturity
• They undergo slow, prolonged pneumatic pressure tailored to the needs of each wine.
• Painstaking traditional vinification, with no chaptalisation and with slow, temperature-controlled fermentation. There then follows long maturing time on fine lees under cool conditions, then 12 months further maturing in wooden casks.
• The wines are bottled, with great care, after 12-24 months.
